- Distributing various documents/packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
- Verifying recipient’s details before handing over the package
- Updating delivery status upon completion
- Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
- Obtaining customers’ signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
- Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
- Booking customer docket and updating in software applications
- Reporting any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
- Addressing customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Arranging for return shipments when needed
- Coordinating with dispatchers and other team members
- Checking for any discrepancies or irregularities in the packages and reporting to supervisor
- Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.
Requirements and skills
- Fresher or Min 1year Experienced
- Two wheeler with valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Proven delivery experience is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes
- Education: SSc or Hsc
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Preferably resident of Navi Mumbai
Salary offered: 16K – 18K pm
