Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Customer Complaint Handling and resolving it
  • Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Monitoring Sales and supporting monthly target
  • Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check
  • Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality service delivery

Requirements and skills

Fresher or Min 1 year Experience required

Education – Hsc / Graduation in any stream.

Skills Required – Good in Communication and spoken English.

Well versed in mailing Microsoft outlook.

Good in MS office excel.

Salary Offered – 12000 – 15000 pm

Candidate should be resident of Navi Mumbai.
